Vanessa has 18 years’ experience across diverse markets in Asia Pacific and the Middle East & Africa leading go-to-market for some of the world’s most trusted brands from Microsoft, Hilton, Sony; Unilever and WPP. In her current role, as Microsoft’s Regional Go-To-Market Director, APAC, Vanessa leads Microsoft’s B2B marketing and partner enablement programs across SMB, Enterprise and Education verticals for the Devices and Services division. Vanessa has deep expertise in competitive customer and market insights; go-to-market strategy; digital transformation; culture change; strategic brand building; product & portfolio management; revenue & target setting; rhythm of business; new product launches; new market entry; compete; partner marketing; demand generation; digital & social; customer satisfaction and marketing operations.

A quick study and a born collaborator; Vanessa enjoys taking a customer-centric, data-driven approach to solving business problems. She has a proven track-record driving growth. Launching and scaling solutions that business decision makers, consumer, communities and partners love through smart, scalable and results-driven programs. She has spearheaded multi-market digital transformation programs for Sony and Hilton improving core economics of both regional P&Ls.

Beyond the office, Vanessa is a passionate advocate for well-being and inclusion. She is a community advisor for Singapore NGO #WeCanBeHeroes and a co-founder of Australian NGO #InGoodCompany. Vanessa has had a meditation practice for 8 years and hosts weekly meditation classes for Microsoft employees across APAC.
